ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.01.2015 and consequently, take action as per law against the accused, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It appears that the complaint dated 22.01.2015 has been sent by post to the 2nd respondent police. Hence, this petition is closed, with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 22.01.2015 to the 2nd respondent police in person and on such complaint being given, the 2nd respondent shall enquire into it in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
