O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2.Learned Government Advocate states that out of 43 petitioners, in respect of 27 petitioners, the order has been complied with and in respect of 16 petitioners, they are already drawing more pay or equal pay while applying G.O.Ms.No.234 dated 10.9.2009. The said statement is taken on record.

3.However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners have not received any such proceedings as of now. The copy of the said proceedings be communicated to the individual petitioners.

If the petitioners are not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for them to challenge the same in separate proceedings.

4.In view of the aforesaid, we close the contempt proceedings.
