Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and register the case against the accused person in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.04.2015.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the matter and register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the respondent police by post. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint along with Medical Certificate issued by the Government Hospital to the respondent Police in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
