The petitioner prays to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action upon the representation dated 28.10.2009 and to pay a compensation of Rupees One crore to the petitioner for the irreparable loss due to the inaction of the respondents upon the complaints and the negligence of the respondents.

2. When the matter was called on 27.07.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent present hence, the matter was adjourned to 31.07.2018. On 31.07.2018 when the matter was called there was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no representation for the petitioner and again the matter was directed to be listed on 01.08.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today i.e on 01.08.2018 when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner, hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
