ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 188 of I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPPD Act 1992 in Crime No. 269 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that on the date of occurrence the bus bearing Registration No.TN20 BD 8282 belongs to the GRD College and was gutted by some unknown persons Hence, the law enforcing registered a case against the petitioner and other accused persons.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner name does not found place in the F.I.R and only based on the confession of other accused persons, the petitioner name is included in the charge sheet. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the charge sheet was filed there is no apprehension for arrest, this criminal original petition is disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

With the above observations this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
