This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the above W.A.Sr.No.74168 of 2024.

2. Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that she has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the above Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
