(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard. It is stated that proceedings were initiated for unauthorized construction against the writ petitioner only at the instance of the petitioners herein.

2. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit, which are not refuted by the writ petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioners herein are impleaded as respondents 10 to 38 in the writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the writ petition after two weeks.
