PRAYER : This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to conduct the enquiry over petitioners appeal dated 30.03.2015 by fixing the time limit as per the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2015.

ORDER

As against the order passed with reference to the patta, the petitioner filed an appeal before the respondent on 30.03.2015. In the said appeal, summons was also issued by the respondent on 24.04.2015. Despite the same, as no further action is forthcoming on the part of the respondent and the said appeal is yet to be disposed of, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Considering the pendency of the appeal of the petitioner dated 30.03.2015 and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate final orders on the pending appeal of the petitioner dated 30.03.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
