ORDER

Heard Mr.N.P.Senthilkumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Narayanaswamy, the learned Standing counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of R1 to R3 and Mr.L.Seetharaman for Mr.R.Sivaraman, the learned counsel, who accepts notice for R7 and R8 and with the consent of either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer sought for by the petitioner is to direct the first respondent to dispose of their representation dated 19.10.2015, pending before the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Range.

3. Mr.J.Narayanaswamy, the learned Standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation has been considered and it has been disposed of by the Chief Commissioner, vide order dated 15.2.2016 and the said order has been dispatched to the petitioner on 17.2.2016 and a copy of which has been communicated to the respondents' counsel, vide letter dated 18.11.2016 by the Commissioner of Income Tax (TDS), Coimbatore. Copies of the order as well as the communication have been produced before this Court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In the light of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of, as the representation of the petitioner has been considered and orders have been passed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, dated 15.2.2016, passed by the Chief Commissioner of Income, it is well open to the petitioner to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
