This application is filed to amend the issues framed by this Court on 15.07.2021 and also add an additional issue.

2. The amendment sought in this application is Patent Number of the plaintiff, instead of 262461, the number is mentioned as 309399. The said error is blatant and therefore, the amendment sought in this regard is allowed. Issue No.2 shall be read as "Whether the defendant is entitled for revocation of the plaintiff's patent Number 262461 as prayed in the counter claim?" 3.Request to add the following issue as additional issue is also allowed, since it is prayed in the counter claim of the defendant. "Whether the defendant is entitled to punitive damages and legal costs from the plaintiff?"
