2. When the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.6928 of 2011 itself was dismissed for non prosecution on 26.11.2018 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to revive the Civil Revision Petitions in the event of the suit in O.S.No.6928 of 2011 is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
