COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed to call for the records in E.O.C.C.No.33 of 2014 and E.O.C.C.No.34 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offences - I, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same. 2.When these matters are taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Special Public Prosecutor M/s.Sheela, submitted that the petitioner Mr.T.V.Magaadevan was dead and it was also intimated to the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. Because of the pendency of these Criminal Original Petitions, still the cases in E.O.C.C.No.33 of 2014 and E.O.C.C.No.34 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offences - I, Egmore, Chennai, are kept pending.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Special Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in these petitions and therefore, Criminal Original Petitions in Crl.O.P.No.28171 of 2014 and Crl.O.P.No.28172 of 2014 are dismissed as infructuous. The learned trial Judge is directed to pass appropriate orders after verifying the death certificate of Mr.T.V.Magaadevan. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
