This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.205 of 2020, dated 31.05.2022 and to reduce the maintenance awarded to the Respondents as prayed for.

2. Today the matter is posted for reporting compliance.

3. This Court by order dated 12.10.2022, had directed the petitioner to deposit the entire arrears amount to the credit of Crl.RC.No.952 of 2022 before the Registry of this Court on or before 04.11.2022, failing which, the above revision shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. When the matter is taken up today, on service of notice to the Respondent, the learned Counsel for the Respondent is appeared and submitted that the Order of this Court dated 12.10.2022 has not been complied with.

5. As per the order of this Court dated 12.10.2022, the above revision shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court. Since, the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed.
