ORDER
This Writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to measure and survey the property comprised at Survey No.144/4A, Patta No.862, an extent of 0-46.50 Hect at Pulikkal Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District and demarcate the areas owned by the petitioner by fixing a boundary stone, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the online application dated 17.02.2025 made by the petitioner, the subject property has been surveyed and measured by the authorities today ie., 08.05.2025 and he also submitted a copy of the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 06.05.2025 to that effect before this Court today. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same. 2/4
