2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On hearing the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is ordered that in the sixth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 11.06.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.9991 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.604 of 2025, the words "to pay the cheque amount of" shall read as "compensation of a sum of"

4. Further, sub-clause (i) of the fifth paragraph of the order dated 11.06.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.9991 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.604 of 2025 shall read as follows:

"(i) the petitioner shall deposit the entire cheque amount, i.e. Rs.3,47,311/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Eleven only), after deducting the amount which was already deposited by the petitioner, if any, to the credit of STC.No.761 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vazhapadi, Salem, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled."

5. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.MP.No.9991 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.604 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025 after making necessary corrections.
