CMP No.12861 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in representing the appeal filed against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Additional District Court, Kallakurichi, in MCOP No.370 of 2017, dated 20.03.2019.

CMP No.12867 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 140 days in paying the deficit court fees.

2. Heard the counsel for the peitioner/appellant.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed.
