COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. She sought for interim relief before the trial Court but it was negatived. Challenging the same, the revision petitioner filed C.M.A.No.1 and C.M.A.No.2 of 2025 respectively on the file of the V Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, All that the petitioner wants is the speedy disposal of said CMAs.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents in CMAs have already been served. He further states that arguments on either side in the said CMAs have concluded and the matter was posted for orders on 17.04.2025, which was later adjourned to 28.04.2025, and now it has been adjourned to 09.06.2025.

4. The learned V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai shall dispose of the said CMAs, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 20.06.2025.
