Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1987 days in filing the above Apeal suit and thus render justice.(IN CMP.No.14452/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANIMOZHI MATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.MALARVIZHI UDAYAKUMAR, Standing Counsel for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 12.11.2021, ordered this petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, and posted the matter for reporting compliance on 29.11.2021.
