] This petition is filed by the Directorate of Enforcement, to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of acquittal, dated 16.12.2022, in C.C.No.57 of 2016 on the file of the IX Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
