ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents to measure the petitioner's land viz. survey Nos 337 / 1 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 to an extent of 1.83.50 hectares of lands in Periyeri Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem by disposing the petitioners online applications dated 25.10.2023 13.04.2024 and 14.04.2024 and the same within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property by way of a registered sale deed dated 11.09.2014 and patta has also been issued in favour of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had given online representations to the second and third respondents on 25.10.2023 13.04.2024 and 14.04.2024 and also paid 2/4

necessary fees, the respondents have not taken any steps to survey the land of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 25.10.2023 13.04.2024 and 14.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
