The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kothagiri, Nilgiris District and on his appearance, he shall be released on bail under Section 436 of Cr.P.C. On the same day, he furnishing a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and thereafter, the appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.
