A.No.3631 of 2024 in O.P.No.361 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This application has been filed to amend the Line No.3 Paragraph No.6 in Page No.3 in the Original Petition dated September 2022 as daughter instead of daughter-in-law and subsequently to amend the line No.6 Paragraph No.2 Page No.1 and Line No.8, Paragraph No.4 in Page No.3 of the order dated 27.02.2024 made in O.P.No.361 of 2023 as daughter instead of daughter in law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. This application has been filed to amend the facts from Daughter-inlaw to Daughter.

4. On perusal in the proof affidavit, it is properly typed as Daughter. However in the petition R.Abirami ought to have been referred to as Daughter instead of Daughter-in-law. However, it was correctly stated in the proof affidavit.
