This Application has been filed to permit the 2nd Petitioner herein to represent through his Power of Attorney agent Mr.Balamurali viz., 3rd Petitioner herein to appear before the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court Madras for execution of the Security bond as per the direction issued by this Court by order dated 27.02.2023 made in the above O.P.No.361 of 2023.
