ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, forbearing the respondent from interfering with the holdings of his family in respect of the property situated at S.No.337 comprising in Plot Nos.1,2 and 3, Padi Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has not taken any steps to interfere with the holdings of the petitioner's family in respect of the property in question. 3.In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for in this writ petition is nothing but an apprehension of the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

hence, it is unnecessary to pursue this matter any further. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
