issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in Memo No.61/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 13.04.2025 against the petitioner's Grandson Vignesh, Son of Sakthivel, male, aged about 23 years vide proceedings now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Tiruvallur District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2831, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 19.05.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
