This Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to set aside the arbitration award dated 14.05.2012 passed by the second respondent and to award costs of the petition.

2.Today, when the matter was called, both the counsels submitted that they had already settled their dispute out of the Court. A memo has also been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect and the same is taken on file.
