Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483(1)(b) of BNSS previously Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to set aside the impugned order dated 05.2.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.720 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Alandur with regard to condition of imposing the blood surety and consequently to modify the condition of imposing blood surety and consequently modify the said condition imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.M.P.No.720 of 2025 dated 05.2.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, at Alandur.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 05.2.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.720 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Alandur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditional order dated 05.02.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.720 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur. He further submitted that the petitioner is a Bangladesh national and now he is in the Foreigners Special Camp situated at Central Prison, Trichy.

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 04.07.2025 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
