O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.02.2015.

2. Heard Mr.K.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner has alleged that a railway accident had taken place in which the petitioner's husband has injured. When a railway accident takes place, under the Railway Rules, the nearby Station Master of the concerned station should have been intimated and he will have to send an accident report. The petitioner has also not enclosed any proof of having given any complaint to the respondent Police.

4. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Police in-person and handover a complaint and the said complaint shall be enquired into by the respondent Police in accordance with law.
