ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the Headmaster of the School has misappropriated some money in the year 2012 and on the directions of the District Educational Officer, he seems to have reimbursed the money on 09.11.2012. In this regard, when the District Educational Officer has seized of the matter, the Police cannot intervene. It is alleged by the petitioner that the quality of the construction of the School building is substandard and therefore, action has to be taken against the Headmaster. Even for this allegation, the police enquiry cannot be ordered, because https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the complaint has to be lodged before the Municipal Authority, who has full jurisdiction to find out whether the School building has been built on firm foundation. Therefore, this petition is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
