ORDER

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in preferring the above Review Application against the order made in WP.No. 20767 of 2024 and WMP.No. 22714 of 2014 dated 16.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. A Review is a rare remedy and a Review is not an appeal in disguise, whereby an erroneous decision is reheard and corrected. It should be entertained only if error is apparent on the face of the record and not one which has to be searched. There are catena of decisions on the point that the petitioner cannot retake the issues raised in the original petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by

the order of this Court, he is at liberty to challenge before the appropriate forum. There is no mistake apparent on the face of the records.

4. Therefore, the Writ Miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the Review Application is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs. 12-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order rli
