This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated 02.01.2015 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to investigate and monitor the case.

2. Heard Mr.K.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the complaint has been given to the Deputy Superintendent of Police. Hence, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned Station House Officer and on such complaint being lodged, the same shall be enquired into, in the manner known to law and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is disclosed, he shall take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumar's case.
