O R D E R
The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.4164 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.It is submitted by both the learned counsel that when the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre, the parties have negotiated the re-union and therefore, the case has to be decided on merits.
3Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition.
4.Taking note of the fact that the respondent has no objection in allowing the petition, this Court is inclined to
transfer the H.M.O.P. No.4164 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and the H.M.O.P. No.4164 of 2017 pending on the file of the V Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.
5.The Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to take up the case and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.14001 of 2018 is closed.
