The writ petition has been filed for seeking compensation as against the respondents 5 and 6 for damages caused to the

properties belonging to the petitioners.

2.If at all, any compensation claimed by the petitioners as against the official respondents, they have to file an appropriate petition before the Civil Court, for claiming compensation. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be considered by this Court. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
