O R D E R
(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondent police to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner firm in accordance with the Official Gazette Notification 252 dated 16.07.2018 and also forebear the respondent not to unduly interfere with the peaceful conduct of the petitioner's business in the name and style of M/s.Crystal Beauty Parlour family Saloon at No.14, 2nd Cross Street, Jeya Nagar, Vadavalli, Coimbatore. 2.Heard Mr.Sathyamoorthy, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police, on instructions, would submit, in respect to issuing of No objection certificate for running a firm, the respondent police has not received any representation from the petitioner till date. He would further submit that in the absence of any representation from the petitioner, the respondent police is not in a position to consider the same. 4.Hence, in view of the same, the Petitioner is directed to submit a representation directly before the respondent police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Upon such receipt of representation, the respondent police is directed to consider and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation of the petitioner. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
