PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned Communication passed in Na.Ka.488/2014/B6 dated 09.7.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same.

ORDER
I have heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.B.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned counsel for the third respondent.
2. There is not a single piece of paper produced by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner to show that she is in lawful possession of the land in question, which is, admittedly, a Government poramboke land classified as "anadheenam". The reliance placed by the petitioner on a claim petition filed under Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963 is absolutely far fetched and untenable. That apart, the impugned communication is an internal communication between the authorities and the petitioner cannot be stated to be aggrieved. It is evidently clear that the petitioner is an encroacher of Government land and no relief can be granted to her.
