Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

2. Recording the endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to contest the suit on all pleas of defence available in the suit including a right to seek determination of the question of proper valuation by filing a petition under Section 12 of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
