Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2016 and pass necessary orders for retransfer of petitioner to a Middle School in Sembanarkoil Panchayat Union, by giving due weightage to the rank obtained by petitioner in Tamilnadu Teachers Recruitment Board Merit List.
