ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on them i.e., the petitioners shall deposit original deed of the immovable property worth about Rs.75 lakhs to the credit of the Crime No.21 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14134 of 2020 dated 01.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14134 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020, directed the petitioners to deposit original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs Only) to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

credit of Crime No.21 of 2020. He would further submit that the petitioners' original documents are pledged with the Bank, and thereby, a modification is sought for so as to enable the petitioners to deposit the original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs Only) either belonging to his friends or relatives.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14134 of 2020, dated 01.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Lakhs Only) either belonging to his friends or relatives to the credit of Crime No.21 of 2020 along with necessary valuation or solvency certificates.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
