ORDER

The petitioner had submitted representations dated 28.03.2025 relating to Assessment No.162/027/900474 for reduction of the property tax and for change in classification of Assessment No.162/027/906658 from industrial to commercial. The petitioner received communication dated 25.04.2025 from the Assistant Commissioner stating that the representations are under consideration and that action would be taken thereon. Asserting that no such action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Mr.Najeeb Usman Khan, learned standing counsel (Corporation), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request will be considered and disposed of on merits.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 28.03.2025 in respect of Assessment Nos.162/027/900474 and 162/027/906658 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
