(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the appeal.

2.Mr.A.R.Nixon, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that although in the beginning, the respondent, who is taking care of her daughter, made some allegations of suspicion on her husband's life style, now she is prepared to live with him.

3.As the parties are proposed to have a re-union, we are inclined to allow this petition and to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the appeal, so as to enable the parties to live together. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
