This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the relief to withdraw HMOP No.535 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. The petitioner is the respondent in the above said HMOP.No.535 of 2018.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on 08.11.2018 itself HMOP No.535 of 2018 pending on the file of Family Court Coimbatore was dismissed as not pressed. In this regard, he produced a copy of the disposal particulars extracted from the eCourts Services.
