Department dated 15.07.1985 within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the 15.06.2012, 21.12.2012 and 23.01.2013 made by the petitioners herein for amending the G.O.Ms.753, Education Department dated 15.07.1985 within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. I heard, M/s.T.Sundaravadhanam learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy Government Advocate learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents reported before this Court that the amendment order in G.O.Ms.No.39, dated 19.02.2016 has been passed by the Government and the respondents have already furnished the copy of the

amendment order to the Special Government Pleader and the same is produced before this Court. He would further submit that the said order was already implemented.
