This petition has been filed by the petitioners/Cross Objectors to condone the delay of 508 days in filing the cross objection in CMA No.427 of 2018 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
