The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the running of a Ayurvedic Centre.
2. Heard Mr.K.Udhayasuriyan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an order of this Court in W.P.No.15866 of 2013 etc cases dated 9.12.2014 [M/s.Masti Health and Beauty Private Limited Vs. The Commissioner of Police, Chennai City].
