Respondents PRAYER: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India forbearing the 1st respondent from interfering with the Civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd to 4th respondents in respect of Mango Grove to an extent of acre 32 in survey No.205/2 in Madhavaram Village / Madhurasekkadu village originally within the jurisdiction of Saidapet Taluk now forming part of Madhavaram Taluk / Periasekkadu Village Chennai District within in the registration district of North Chennai District within in the registration District of North Chennai as claimed by the petitioner in the complaint dated 17.06.2019 and for other reliefs. O R D E R
The petitioner prays for directing the the 1st respondent not to interfere with the Civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd to 4th respondents in respect of Mango Grove to an extent of acre 32 in survey No.205/2 in Madhavaram Village / Madhurasekkadu village originally within the hurisdiction of Saidapet Taluk now forming part of Madhavaram Taluk / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Periasekkadu Village Chennai District within in the registration district of North Chennai District within in the registration District of North Chennai as claimed by the petitioner in the complaint dated 17.06.2019 and for other reliefs.
2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was given by the petitioner and the same was taken on file in C.S.R.No.264 of 2019. Similarly, the 3rd respondent had given a complaint against the petitioner and the same was taken on file in C.S.No.264 of 2019. Both the complaints were enquired and closed on 17.06.2019.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4. 4.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional public prosecutor it is made clear that the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4 shall only agitate their rights before the competent civil Court and the police shall not entertain any complaint from the parties with regard to the property dispute. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
