This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transferring H.M.O.P.No.167/16 pending on the file of Principal Subordinate Court at Thenkasi to the file of Sub Court, Ponneri.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that he has no objection to transfer the case. According to him, the petitioner is residing at Thiruvottiyur and the respondent is residing in Ashok Nagar.

3. Considering the convenience of the petitioner, the matter is withdrawn from the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Thenkasi, and the same is transferred to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
