ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC altered to 294(b) and 302 of IPC in crime No. 363 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that in drunken mood, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the de-facto complainant's husband with iron muram and iron spade. Hence, the complaint.
3. The petitioner is the neighbour of the deceased. Under the influence of alcohol, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased and he attacked the deceased with iron spade on his head. Therefore, he sustained injuries and admitted in the hospital for five days and then he died.
4. That apart, the petitioner was arrested only on 12.06.2022. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 18/07/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
