Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2019 and undertake a complete revision of the Electoral Roll and release a fresh Electoral Roll for the Wards comprised in the Modakkurichi Town Panchayat and direct the Respondents to reclassify the Unjappalayam Ward No. 1 of Modakkurichi Town Panchayat from a Reserved Ward to a General Ward.
