These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 202, 217, 202, 202, 217 and 202 days respectively in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Heard Mrs.P.T.Saleem Fathima, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Since the first and second respondents remained absent in the Tribunal and were set ex parte, issuance of notice to them is dispensed with.

4. Mr. J. Chandran, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent Insurance Company, did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

5.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the above said period of delay in filing the above appeals is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission in the usual course.
