This petition is filed to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the writ appeal.

2. Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel takes notice for first respondent.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned Counsel for the first respondent.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and the learned counsel for the first respondent and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
